Return Policy.Ocean Ohana will refund to the original purchaser the full amount charged less a 15% restocking fee (unless Ocean Ohana was at fault, then no fee will be charged), for most items if returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. New condition means merchandise that is unused, in the original box, and includes all packaging, manuals and accessories. The value of missing and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges. Products shipped back to Ocean Ohana without a return authorization will be not be accepted. For a return authorization please contact us with your original order number. Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable. It is the original purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the responsibility of you the customer. Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the current outbound ground-shipping price for items returned. Closeout items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Typographical Errors
While Ocean Ohana puts great effort into providing accurate prices, descriptions and images for the products we sell, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Ocean Ohana reserves the right to either honor incorrect prices or cancel any orders containing a product with price errors.
Order Acceptance Policy
Any order confirmations do not signify our acceptance of an order. Ocean Ohana reserves the right to cancel any order or require additional information before processing any order.
